Interior: The tiled entrance hallway leads to a spacious lounge with unique feature wooden ceiling, occasional rustic design furniture with four comfortable leather sofas, large screen TV with basic Sky Digital package, and remote control wall mounted CD player (various CDs are provided already). An archway from the lounge area leads into the dining area with a secondary arch into the kitchen area. A fabulous jali design dining table with 8 chairs is the centrepiece of the room, with patio doors leading out onto the terrace overlooking the pool. All the bedrooms are situated to the rear of the villa and are all fully furnished with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom with king size bed has a large fully tiled en-suite bathroom with bath, walk in shower, twin vanity unit and WC. The second bedroom has double bed, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, vanity unit and WC. The third and fourth bedrooms, both twin bedded, are situated either side of a spacious family bathroom with bath, shower, vanity unity and WC. An exceptionally large tiled kitchen, fully fitted with dishwasher, touch control Halogen hob, microwave oven and fridge / freezer, is complemented by the cool black granite work tops. There is also a separate utility room with washing machine, drying area, ironing board, steam iron etc. Exterior: The upper terrace has a very large rustic table with ample seating for 8 people and also a barbecue built into the wall with granite work top and fridge underneath. There is also a handy bathroom, ideal for use when outside by the pool. The lower terrace has 8 comfortable sun loungers and a solar powered shower providing both hot and cold water. Access to the pool is by way of large internal shallow steps in the corner. Both the pool and the terraces can be illuminated in the evening. To the side of the villa is a raised games area with table tennis, table football and darts board, an ideal place from which to escape the sun in the afternoon. Amenities: The villa is ideally situated for those seeking a quiet relaxing holiday but with the convenience of being perfectly located for all facilities. Supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants are all within easy reach of the villa. A short drive will take you to Puerto del Carmen where golden beaches await you. Services: This villa is privately owned and maintained to the highest standard by a local, English owned, Spanish company. Our aim is to ensure that your holiday is an enjoyable one and free from problems. A maid service is provided once a week and there is a twice weekly towel change. Beach towels are not provided. Infants under two are our guests. Linen and towel change / maid service weekly, and extra towel change mid week. Safe provided at no extra cost. Cots available upon request. Complimentary welcome pack provided. Car Requirements: The central situation of this villa means that a car is not required although we can arrange for you to hire one for a few days if you wish to explore the sites around the Island. If you require a car we can arrange for this to be delivered to the villa or collected at the Airport.
