This attractive, single story villa is found in the Canarian Village of Tias, and offers a fantastic panoramic view of the coast whilst being within walking distance of shops and restaurants. A short drive takes you to the main resort of Puerto del Carmen where golden beaches await you.

Interior: The villa sleeps six and the accommodation comprises of two double bedrooms and one twin bedded room. The master bedroom has a double bed, is fully fitted and has an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. The other two bedrooms are supported by a separate bathroom. The lounge area is extremely well furnished and off this can be found a separate dining area. The kitchen has every convenience to make a self-catering holiday enjoyable.

Exterior: The fully heated swimming pool (8 x 4 metres) is surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace which for comfort and safety is covered by Astroturf. Patio dining furniture, a barbeque and sun loungers will ensure that you are able to enjoy the wonderful climate.

Amenities: The villa is ideally situated for those looking for a quiet relaxing holiday but with the convenience of being perfectly located for all facilities. Supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants are all within easy walking distance of the villa.

Services: These villas are privately owned and maintained to the highest standard by a local, English owned, Spanish Company. Our aim is to ensure that your holiday is an enjoyable one and one which is free of problems. A maid service is provided once a week and there is a twice weekly towel change. Beach towels are not provided. A Z-Bed or a cot can be hired to cater for a seventh person if required. Infants under two are our guests.

Car Requirements: Whilst the central situation of the villa means that the hiring of a car is not essential it is recommended to enable you to explore the many attractions of this beautiful island we do recommended that certainly for part of your holiday you do take a car to enable you to travel further afield. We can arrange for car hire, either delivered to the villa or picked up at the airport.
