This villa is next-door to La Casita which can be rented at the same time, giving the capacity to sleep 18 people across both properties.

Interior: This superb villa sleeps twelve, comprising two double bedrooms, one twin room, a family room with a double bed and twin beds, and an annexe room with twin beds. All are en-suite with their own bathrooms. There is a lower and upper lounge and a separate dining area. The villa is furnished to an extremely high standard with a kitchen that you just dream of - offering two fridge/freezers, two ovens, two dishwashers, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, together with every convenience to make a self-catering holiday enjoyable. Newly installed is a SKY digital satellite system which receives all channels including BBC and ITV.

Exterior: The large electrically-heated swimming pool is surrounded by a large private sunbathing area with upper and lower terraces. Patio dining furniture, fitted gas barbeque and sun loungers will ensure you are able to enjoy the wonderful climate. There is the added luxury of a Jacuzzi that holds six people and a games area with table tennis and pool table.

Amenities: The villa is ideally situated for those seeking a quiet relaxing holiday but with the convenience of being perfectly located for all facilities. Supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants are all within easy reach of the villa. A short drive will take you to Puerto del Carmen where golden beaches await you.

Services: This villa is privately owned and maintained to the highest standard by a local, English owned, Spanish company. Our aim is to ensure that your holiday is an enjoyable one and free from problems. A maid service is provided once a week and there is a twice weekly towel change. Beach towels are not provided. Infants under two are our guests.

Car Requirements: It is considered that a car is essential for this villa. We can arrange for car hire either delivered to the villa or picked up at the airport.
