This well appointed villa is nestled on the hillside overlooking Playa Honda and Matagorda, boasting superb views along the coastline and over to Fuertaventura.

Interior: This delightful villa offers a great location for those wishing for a peaceful vacation or to explore Lanzarote. Perfect for families or couples who prefer space, the luxury accommodation, which sleeps up to eight, consists of four bedrooms, two double and two twin. Two bedrooms and a bathoom are set on either side of the villa thus giving the possability of two families sharing with privacy. Central to the villa is a large comfortable lounge, a well equipped kitchen plus a separate dining room with bar area which has panoramic views over the pool and coastline.

Exterior: The villa has its own private 7m x 4m heated swimming pool with sunbathing terrace and sun loungers. There is a sun house with comfortable seating, barbecue and large mature garden.

Amenities: Guime is an un commercialised village resting on the hillside between between Arrecife and Puerto del Carmen. It is ideally situated for those who like to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere yet still have a wide choice of beaches, shops, restaurants, bars and night life all within a ten minute drive. The villa is just a few minutes walk from the quaint village square and well stocked mini market, and there is a major supermarket on the outskirts of the village. It is a fifteen minute drive to the resort of Costa Teguise where there is an 18-hole golf course and a large Aqua Park suitable for children.

Services: A weekly clean and midweek towel change is undertaken. Management of the villa is close at hand with a full support service being offered.

Car Requirements: A car is essential and we are able to organise this for you, either from the airport or delivered to the villa. The main tourist centres are approximately 12 minutes away by car.
