Interior: A luxury villa with private pool and fantastic sea views, this property was constructed in 2002. The double bedroom has Satellite TV (limited channels) and en-suite bathroom. There are 2 twin bedrooms. Master bedroom has en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, bidet, washbasin and toilet. There is also a separate bathroom with bath/shower, bidet, washbasin and toilet. The spacious modern fitted kitchen has breakfast bar, electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, kettle and toaster. Utility room has washing machine, iron and ironing board. Stylish lounge/dining room furnished with leather sofas and equipped with Satellite TV (limited channels), DVD and CD player. Terrace doors lead to the upper terrace.

Exterior: The detached villa features an 8m x 3.5m rectangular swimming pool with Roman style steps which is solar heated, and acclimatised during the winter months, and guests can also enjoy the 5 seater jacuzzi located close to the pool on the lower terrace. There are also shaded areas on the upper terrace to relax and soak up the view.

Amenities: The harbour and lively centre of Puerto del Carmen are within approximately 12 minutes walk. All local shops and amenities nearby.

Car Requirements: The central situation of this villa means that a car is not required although we can arrange for you to hire one for a few days if you wish to explore the sites around the Island. If you require a car we can arrange for this to be delivered to the villa or collected at the Airport.
