This newly completed luxury villa offers a superb panoramic view of the coast and is within easy reach of shops, restaurants and bars in the village. Just a short drive from Puerto del Carmen where golden beaches await you.

Interior: The villa, which is furnished to the very highest standard, sleeps eight and the accommodation comprises of one double bedroom and three twin bedded rooms with one having a bathroom en suite. The main bathroom and en-suite bathroom both have a bath and shower. All bedrooms have a hair dryer included. The lounge area is extremely well furnished and includes a wide screen television with SKY digital satellite, DVD player and CD system. Beside the lounge can be found a very comfortable dining area leading through sliding doors to the kitchen which offers a microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and ceramic hob together with every convenience to make a self-catering holiday enjoyable.

Exterior: The fully heated swimming pool (8 x 4 metres) is surrounded by a large private sunbathing terrace. The built-in barbeque with sink, patio dining furniture, poolside shower and sun loungers will ensure that you are able to enjoy the wonderful climate in comfort throughout the day.

Amenities: The villa is ideally situated for those looking for a quiet relaxing holiday but with the convenience of being perfectly located for all facilities. Supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants are all within easy walking distance of the villa.

Services: This villa is privately owned and maintained to the highest standard by a local, English owned, Spanish Company. Our aim is to ensure that your holiday is an enjoyable one and which is free of problems. A maid service is provided once a week and there is a twice weekly towel change. Beach towels are not provided. Z-bed, cot, high-chair and bed guard are all available if required. Infants under two are our guests.

Car Requirements: It is considered that a car is essential for this villa. We can arrange for car hire, either delivered to the villa or picked up at the airport. Off street, secure parking is provided.
