Interior: La Lavande is a very special villa, designed for privacy. It is located in the central residential area of Puerto del Carmen and is just five minutes walk to the beach and the main street with shops and restaurants. Decorated with a touch of Provence, you will find the villa has everything and every detail has been thought of. The main living room and dining area have a lovely atmosphere. You can enjoy digital TV with full SKY package, sport films, a DVD, etc or listen to your favourite music, relax and enjoy. There are two bedrooms, both beautifully decorated with two elegant bathrooms - one with walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, electric kettle, blender, juice maker, washing machine and many more items for your convenience. From the kitchen you step out to the patio with BBQ and games area such as table tennis, table football, golf game, darts and all in an extremely private surrounding. This leads on to the heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sun terrace.

Exterior: The villa is set in its own secluded walled garden, with high walls surrounding the outside terraces. There are ornamental statues and a fountain beside a beautiful 6m x 3m heated swimming pool which is biologically treated, with no chemicals used. The barbeque terrace has table and chairs and is sheltered to form a courtyard, ideal for al fresco dining. Comfortable sun loungers and an outside shower complete the poolside facilities.

Amenities: La Lavande is ideally situated in central Puerto del Carmen, within a few minutes walk of the beach and the Avenida de las Playas, where there is an abundance of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife.

Car Requirements: Whilst the central situation of the villa means that the hiring of a car is not essential it is recommended to enable you to explore the many attractions of this beautiful island. We do recommended that certainly for part of your holiday you do take a car to enable you to travel further afield. We can arrange for the car to be either delivered to the villa or picked up at the airport.
