Interior: The accommodation is truly magnificent, with marble floors and luxury fittings throughout. Other features include a marble fireplace and fountain. There is also a spectacular wooden ceiling in the lounge, where you will find full digital television (card supplied), video, music centre, plus games and books to satisfy a wide variety of tastes. This room is sure to be very popular with all our guests. From the lounge you step up to the exquisite dining room and then through to the spacious modern kitchen. There are three spacious bedrooms; one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom and the other two bedrooms have twin single beds. There is also a further full bathroom and a shower room. This villa now features a wireless Internet connection at no extra charge. To use this, you will need a laptop/computer with Wi-Fi installed.

Exterior: The owners designed the villa tastefully, placing the utmost importance on privacy. The outside terraces and swimming pool were a priority and great care has been taken in the design and layout of this leisure area. Sun loungers have been placed around the beautiful 8m x 4m heated pool, with Jacuzzi and separate children's pool - The water is treated biologically with no chemicals used. Additionally, there is a separate barbecue area, all of which are surrounded by tropical gardens. Stepping up from the sun terrace there is a magnificent porch, where you will find an American billiards table, table tennis and darts.

Amenities: Located in the exclusive Los Mojones area, giving assured tranquility and ambience. Supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants are all within easy reach of the villa. Situated just ten minutes from the picturesque fishing village of Puerto del Carmen.

Services: This villa is privately owned and maintained to the highest standard by a local, English owned, Spanish company. Our aim is to ensure that your holiday is an enjoyable one and free from problems. A complimentary welcome basket including champagne and flowers will await your arrival. Maid service includes towel change 6 days a week and twice weekly linen change. Bath robes supplied.

Car Requirements: It is considered that a car is essential for this villa. We can arrange for car hire either delivered to the villa or picked up at the airport.
