The upper floor has the master double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and patio doors leading to its own furnished private balcony. The second bedroom is a comfortable twin bedded room and both bedrooms are serviced by the main bathroom with full bath, overhead shower, washbasin set in marble, toilet and bidet. On the lower floor you will find a 3rd bedroom with 4 bunk beds, an additional shower room, modern kitchen fully equipped with cooking utensils and electrical appliances, plus a utility/drying room with washing machine. The lounge/dining area is bright and open plan with SKY satellite TV and is furnished with a comfortable leather suite, dining table and cushioned chairs and patio doors lead to the private terrace.

Services: These villas are privately owned and maintained to the highest standard by a local, English owned, Spanish Company. Our aim is to ensure that your holiday is an enjoyable one and one which is free of problems. All bed linen is provided and changed weekly. Towels are provided and changed twice a week.

Car Requirements: The central situation of this villa means that a car is not required although we can arrange for you to hire one for a few days if you wish to explore the sites around the Island. If you require a car we can arrange for this to be delivered to the villa or collected at the Airport.
