This family villa is situated at the airport end of Matagorda close to the Hotel Beatrix Playa. It is within a 2-minute walk of the sea front and a five-minute walk of a large complex of shops and restaurants. It is ideally situated for those who prefer to walk on level ground.

Interior: This well furnished villa consists of a lounge and dining room combined, a large kitchen, separate utility room, three bedrooms – two twin and one double with the double being en suite. There is also a separate bathroom, both bathrooms have walk-in showers. The lounge has a T.V. with D.V.D., SKY channels, Video and CD player. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and microwave. The separate utility room provides an iron, ironing board and washing machine – a drying area is off the utility room. For security purposes all windows have lockable shutters and a safe is provided in the double bedroom.

Exterior: Outside there is a large patio area with table and chairs and sun loungers. The electrically heated pool is accessed by ladder. There is an outside shower, a free standing BBQ and there is off-road parking for 2 cars. For safety reasons there is a double and single gate to ensure that children cannot get onto the road outside. There is no passing traffic as the villa is situated in a cul-de-sac.

Amenities: This family villa is situated at the airport end of Matagorda close to the Hotel Beatrix Playa. It is within a 2-minute walk of the sea front and a five-minute walk of a large complex of shops and restaurants. It is ideally situated for those who prefer to walk on the flat as one way you could walk into Puerto and the other way walk around the airport perimeter into Playa Honda and onward to Arrecife – there are no hills whatsoever.

Services: These villas are privately owned and maintained to the highest standard by a local, English owned, Spanish Company. Our aim is to ensure that your holiday is an enjoyable one and one which is free of problems. All linen is provided and a towel change takes place on Mondays with a full change of linen mid-stay if you are staying for two weeks.

Car Requirements: Whilst the central situation of the villa means that the hiring of a car is not essential it is recommended to enable you to explore the many attractions of this beautiful island we do recommended that certainly for part of your holiday you do take a car to enable you to travel further afield. We can arrange for car hire, either delivered to the villa or picked up at the airport.
