Interior: Villa El Palacete is undoubtedly one of the finest villas on the Island of Lanzarote, if not all the Canary Islands. This unique villa would be ideal for large families, groups of friends, wedding parties and business conferences. The villa has two master bedroom suites each with their own en-suite bathrooms plus an additional 7 double bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Master bedroom one has an extra large double bed, A/C, TV and walk-in dressing room. Master bedroom two has an extra large double bed, ceiling fan, TV and walk-in wardrobe. There are 5 bedrooms with large double beds and full sized wardrobes. Two additional bedrooms have 2 single beds and full sized wardrobes. There is also two Z-Beds.

The main beautifully equipped kitchen has two fridge/freezers and a wine fridge, plus full sized commercial oven and hob. The two kitchens open onto very spacious lounges furnished with an abundance of sofas and recliners enabling you to relax and enjoy the large flat screen TVs including BBC1, BBC2, ITV and Channel 4 plus full SKY package (sports/movies). The 2 dining areas are sumptuous and spacious with seating for 20. There are several patio doors leading from the lounge areas onto the spacious terraces where you will find a 7 seater hot tub Jacuzzi for that soothing, relaxing soak and massage, comfortable sun loungers and of course, a large heated pool. Free WIFI is available throughout the villa and for the more energetic, a games room with pool table, table tennis and table football and Gym.

A special feature of this property is the extensive covered seating areas throughout the villa offering comfortable shade and protection from the sun and breezes. The black marbled bathrooms throughout the lower level offer a feeling of complete decadence with the highest level of luxury rarely seen in a holiday home. Cots and highchairs are available. The lower level is also suitable for guests with mobility difficulties - The master suite on the ground floor is wheelchair friendly. In the luxury en-suite bathroom toilet supports have been fitted and the shower area can be accessed by wheel chair and has seating.

Exterior: This prestigious, detached villa is extremely private with walled-in landscaped gardens and electrically operated entrance gates. The expansive southfacing terrace with panoramic sea views has a large (8m x 4m) private pool electrically heated (important during the winter months) and an abundance of comfortable sunloungers, plus a BBQ area. You will find the al fresco dining area on the terrace with extensive covered seating areas offering comfortable shade and protection from the sun and breezes and later why not immerse yourself in your own warm water therapeutic spa hot tub, combining an experience that is both rejuvenating and healing, whilst washing away muscle and joint pains with hydro massage water jets. Also outside is a 64sq/m practice putting green.

Amenities: The villa is located in the rural and typically Canarian village of Guime, just a ten minute drive to the resort of Puerto del Carmen with its miles of fabulous golden beaches, as well as its bars, restaurants and shops. There is a small supermarket in the village and a very large hypermarket only a few minutes drive from the villa. It is also a fifteen-minute drive to the resort of Costa Teguise where there is an 18 hole Golf Course and a large Aqua Park for children.

Services: Bath towels are provided and changed twice weekly. Bed linen is changed weekly and pool towels are provided for your use during your holiday. The villa is cleaned once per week with a midweek towel change.

Car Requirements: A car is considered essential and we would be glad to book one to await your arrival at the airport.
