An outstanding spacious villa situated in the Lanzarotian village of Asomada. The villa enjoys a southerly aspect with spectacular views over the sea towards Fuerteventura.

Interior: The luxury accommodation, which sleeps eight, consists of four bedrooms, three double and one twin and these are supported by two bathrooms. The villa has a spacious L-shaped lounge and dining room with a modern kitchen which offers all amenities. Equipment includes electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The lounge includes a 28” TV with video player as well as UK & German language digital satellite programmes. A CD system is also available for your entertainment. A welcome pack will be available upon arrival.

Exterior: From the lounge you exit to a large south facing patio which leads to the pool area. Within the laid out garden we offer a barbeque, fully lit for use in the evenings. The patio furniture guarantees that you are able to wine and dine under the sun and stars to your hearts' content. The pool is solar heated to ensure warm water all year round.

Amenities: The villa is located in the Canarian village of Asomada which is a 10 minute drive to the resort of Puerto del Carmen with its' beaches and wide range of shops and restaurants. The village has a small supermarket which is very close to hand. Further shopping facilities are available in the nearby village of Tias, which is the local parish capital. The Golf Course at Costa Teguise is only 20 minutes drive from the villa, as is the Aqua Park which is ideal for children. Whilst having the advantage of being in a rural location, you are handily placed to visit Puerto or the quieter area of the Marina at Calera which again offers a good range of restaurants.

Services: A weekly clean and a mid-week towel change is undertaken. Management of the villa is close at hand with a full support service being offered. Cots and high-chairs can be organised.

Car Requirements: A car is essential and we are able to organise this for you, either from the airport or delivered to the villa. The villa is some 20 minutes drive from the airport.
