Interior: The master bedroom has a cast-iron double bed, fitted wardrobes and double patio doors leading to the pool terrace. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are twin bedrooms with ample fitted wardrobes and distant sea views. There is an en suite bathroom for the master bedroom with twin washbasins, bath/shower, toilet and bidet. There is also a separate bathroom with washbasin, bath/shower and toilet. The kitchen is spacious, fitted cream coloured kitchen retaining a rustic feel with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle & toaster, separate breakfast bar with high stools. Utility area has a fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and iron with board. The living room is comfortable and stylishly decorated with feature apex ceiling, leather sofas, glass dining table and chairs, satellite TV (with full Sky package) and double patio doors leading to terrace and pool area.

Exterior: Chartom is set in its own mature gardens and surrounded by a traditional volcanic stone wall giving a homely and welcoming appearance on arrival. The detached villa is set in its own neatly bordered gardens with high walls for added privacy. The pool is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace and covered area for dining al fresco with portable BBQ. There is also a 19 jet American hot spring jacuzzi. The rectangular 6m x 3m swimming pool has a depth range of 1m – 1.5m and is heated in the winter months.

Amenities: The peaceful location is just a 20 minute stroll from the old town with its traditional harbour and the new town and long sandy beaches are as easily accessible. The resort offers a vast variety of restaurants, shops and bars and watersports. You will always find plenty to do.

Car Requirements: It is considered that a car is recommended for this villa and we can make arrangements for car hire either delivered to the villa or picked up at the airport.
