Villa Charlotte is in a pretty and peaceful residential area within walking distance of the Old and New Town of Puerto del Carmen

Interior: The property is furnished to a high standard and is well equipped throughout and situated within its own private walled garden. 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. Two twin bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms and two double bedrooms. There is a separate shower room. Fully equipped kitchen with with large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, hob and microwave. Separate utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Split level lounge/dining room with comfortable sofas,dining table and chairs to seat 8, digital satellite television, DVD player, hi-fi system, patio doors to pool and garden.

Exterior: The rectangular pool size 8m x 4m is surrounded by private walled sun terraces with equipped with sun beds and patio furniture. There is also a BBQ for dining alfresco. Clients also have the use of a luxury jacuzzi which seats 5 adults and has 19 jets including two 'Moto Massage' jets.

Amenities: 15 minutes walk to the small sandy cove of Playa Chica and large sandy beaches of Playa Grande, Puerto del Carmen. The marina of Puerto del Carmen is a 5 minute drive.

Car Requirements: It is considered that a car is recommended for this villa and we can make arrangements for car hire either delivered to the villa or picked up at the airport.
