Interior: The master bedroom with king size bed has views over both the pool and the sea, together with satellite TV, dressing room area and en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and two showers. There are two more bedrooms with twin beds and fitted wardrobes and a further bedroom downstairs with double bed. There is a wet room shower with wc and sink unit. The large living room has leather suite, satellite TV and french doors opening onto the pool area with sea views from the dining room. There is a fully equipped kitchen and laundry area.

Exterior: There is a large patio area with private heated pool and sea views. There is a barbecue, sun loungers, and a table and chairs with umbrella.

Amenities: Just a ten minute walk away is the Old Town Harbour with many fine restaurants and bars. The main seafront promenade of Puerto del Carmen is just fifteen minutes walk.

Car Requirements: A car is highly recommended and we are able to organise this for you, either collected from the airport or delivered to the villa.
