This luxurious bungalow offers superb views to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. Located on a quiet development, only a short walk from Puerto Del Carmen.

Interior: The property is light and airy throughout with elegant furnishings and patio doors ensuring guests can enjoy the spectacular views. The open plan lounge and dining area is stylishly furnished with a leather suite and leads to the well equipped, contemporary kitchen. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobes and en-suite shower room. Patio doors lead onto the upper terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds and use of a second bathroom with full suite and overhead shower.

Exterior: Patio doors from the lounge and master bedroom lead to the upper terrace. Patio furniture and a barbeque ensure guests can enjoy alfresco dining and watch the sunset over Fuerteventura. A few steps lead to the lower terrace and the 7.5m x 3.5m, electrically heated pool which features Roman steps for easy access. There is ample space on both the upper and lower terraces for sunbathing.

Amenities: This bungalow is situated in a beautiful and exclusive residential area but within easy walking distance of a large selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. It is only a couple of minutes' drive or a ten-minute walk to the picturesque old harbour area with its choice of excellent local restaurants. The fabulous golden beaches of Puerto del Carmen are nearby and it is conveniently located for touring the island.

Services: This villa is privately owned and maintained to the highest standard by a local, English owned, Spanish Company. Our aim is to ensure that your holiday is an enjoyable one and free of problems. A maid service is provided once a week.

Car Requirements: Whilst the central situation of this villa means that the hiring of a car is not essential it is recommended to enable you to explore the many attractions of this beautiful island we do recommended that certainly for part of your holiday you do take a car to enable you to travel further afield. We can arrange for car hire, either delivered to the villa or picked up at the airport.
