Set in a quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Puerto Del Carmen. Only 10 minutes drive from the airport and a 5 minute stroll from Los Pocillos Beach, shops and restaurants.

Interior: The lounge has a bed settee and pull out bed, two armchairs, dining table and four chairs. Digital satellite TV, CD/Tape player, large picture window and patio doors to terrace. The kitchen is fully fitted with electric oven and hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, microwave, iron and ironing board and plenty of crockery. The bathroom is fully tiled with full bath (shower above) wash basin in marble surround, WC and bidet. On the ground floor is a bedroom with twin beds, bedside table and fitted double wardrobes.

On the first floor, is the master bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers, bedside tables, double fitted wardrobe and patio doors to large balcony. It also has an en-suite bathroom fully tiled with full bath (shower above), wash basin in marble surround, WC and bidet.

Exterior: As well as a garden and parking space at the front, this villa has a secluded rear garden with kidney shaped pool (8m x 5m), tiled patio with table, chairs and sun loungers. There is also a large brick built barbecue. The pool is electrically heated.

Amenities: The villa is ideally situated for those looking for a relaxing holiday but with the convenience of being ideally located for all facilities. Supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants are all within easy walking distance of the villa.

Services: A full management support service is provided with this villa it being just a phone call away. There is a full service once a week and towels are changed twice weekly. Travel cot, high chair and safe are provided. Beach towels are not provided.

Car Requirements: The central situation of the villa means that the hiring of a car is not essential. To explore the many attractions of this beautiful island we do recommended that certainly for part of your holiday you do take a car to enable you to travel further afield. We can arrange for car hire, either delivered to the villa or picked up at the airport.
