Exterior: Quietly situated on a quarter of an acre plot of land and secluded for complete privacy by volcanic rock walls enclosing the mature gardens. This most exclusive three bedroom detached villa enjoys the luxury of a 9 x 4.5 metre private swimming pool which is heated in the winter months. The outside area is further enhanced by a large terrace, brick built barbecue, eating area and sun terraces which are amply equipped with patio furniture and cushions.
