A beautiful villa set in an elevated situation enjoying panoramic views across the sea to Fuerteventura. Situated in a relaxing atmosphere, but less than a 10 minute drive from beaches, shops, bars and restaurants.

Interior: The lounge is well-furnished, light and spacious, with a domed ceiling and panoramic sea views. Patio doors lead to the outside dining patio. Facilities include a Stereo (take your own CDs), Satellite TV (Take your own Sky card), and DVD Player. The Master Bedroom has a double bed and full-wall fitted wardrobes. En-suite is a large shower cubicle, bath with extra overhead shower, double vanity units with mirrors, lighting and shaver points, and toilet. There is a small safe built into the wardrobe of this bedroom. Two further bedrooms each comprise twin beds and built-in wardrobes. All bedroom windows are fitted with insect screens. The main bathroom is shared by the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, comprising large shower, toilet, vanity unit with mirror, lighting and shaver point. Kitchen features include a ceramic hob with steel extractor hood, microwave, integral dishwasher, large integral fridge freezer, electric coffee filter, iron & ironing board. Granite work surfaces. Outside is a utility area with washing machine and drying area.

Exterior: Enclosed by volcanic walled gardens, the villa boasts its own private 8m x 4m solar heated swimming pool with sunbathing terrace and sun loungers. There is a covered al fresco dining area with extending wooden table, cushioned chairs and adjacent barbecue terrace. There is ample outside lighting for the evenings, and a private parking area in front of the garage (use of garage not included).

Amenities: Guime is an un commercialised village resting on the hillside between between Arrecife and Puerto del Carmen. It is ideally situated for those who like to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere yet still have a wide choice of beaches, shops, restaurants, bars and night life all within a ten minute drive. The villa is just a few minutes walk from the quaint village square and well stocked mini market, and there is a major supermarket on the outskirts of the village. It is a fifteen minute drive to the resort of Costa Teguise where there is an 18-hole golf course and a large Aqua Park suitable for children.

Services: A weekly clean and linen change is undertaken. Management of the villa is close at hand with a full support service being offered.

Car Requirements: A car is essential and we are able to organise this for you, either from the airport or delivered to the villa. The main tourist centres are approximately 12 minutes away by car.
