Situated in Puerto Calero, just a 500 metre walk down to the marina where there is an excellent choice of restaurants. Set in beautiful gardens with a heated pool.

Interior: This 2 storey property has something for everyone, with 5 bedrooms, sleeping up to 12 people, and 4 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, 50inch TV. Bedroom 2 has double bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has twin beds with en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 has a double bed. Bedroom 5 has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms except bedroom 4 have an A/C Unit. There are 2 cloakroom toilets. The kitchen includes hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The utility room has a washing machine, dryer and sink. The comfortably furnished lounge includes sofas and easy chairs, air-con unit, Sky satellite TV, DVD, music unit/radio, 60 inch TV. Patio doors open to look over the pool area. There is a games room with bar, air-con unit, music system, pool table and projector (cinema) screen. Windows open to look onto the pool area. Patio door opens for easy access to the pool area.

Exterior: Sunbathing terrace with cushioned sun-loungers surrounds the inviting 7.5 x 4.5 metre heated swimming pool. Beautiful mature gardens provide a shaded area if you wish to get out of the sun or just read a book. Keep the kids entertained in their own little play area and sand pit, surrounded by artificial grass. A barbecue completes the outside facilities. Electric gates open onto the drive area with TV video link from the house to the front gate, for extra security.

Amenities: It is only a 500m walk to the Marina where you will find bars, restaurants, shops and activities including diving, sailing, catamaran trips, fishing, a submarine trip and kayaking. The two local 4-and 5-star hotels have spas and evening entertainment. There is a small beach just a short walk from the villa, for snorkeling or bathing. You are also just a few minutes drive from Puerto Del Carmen.
