Interior: Villa Ça c'est la Vie is a spacious four bedroom property with en-suite facilities in every bedroom, justifying the many combinations you may require for family or friends allowing everybody to enjoy their own privacy. The owners designed the villa according to the highest standards. The quality is superb, with every possible amenity and yet retains the feel of a very luxurious and comfortable home. The accommodation has an exquisite dining room that leads on to the spacious and beautifully planned lounge. From the leather sofas you can watch the 50" plasma TV with a full package of satellite programs. Also available are DVD's, a music centre, games, books and a WI-FI laptop supplied for your use. The modern style kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and a variety of smaller appliances designed to make catering nice and easy. There is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and another double bedroom with a large shower room. The two other bedrooms have twin beds with en-suite showers.

Exterior: The outside terraces have a great 8m x 4m heated swimming pool and a hot tub, all of this surrounded by tropical gardens. You can relax on the chill-out bed or have some fun with the wide range of leisure activities such as American billiards, table tennis, darts, table football or why not try your luck on the putting golf game. There's also a great BBQ area for al-fresco dining.

Just ten minutes walk from the picturesque fishing village of Puerto del Carmen, the beach, golf course and the Marina of Puerto Calero. Services: Maid service includes 5 days towel change and linen changed twice weekly. Bathrobes and baby equipment are also supplied. The owner manages the property personally.
