Interior: The villa has a spacious lounge with marble fireplace and exquisite furnishings, so that you can settle down and enjoy a video, digital satellite TV or a good book. A compact disc/cassette player has been supplied for music lovers. Computer and internet connection are available. The kitchen is fully fitted with microwave, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster and pay telephone, to name just a few appliances. The kitchen is connected to a charming dining room. There are two master bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, two full bathrooms and one en-suite shower room. All are beautifully presented and stem from the water fountain located at main entrance. We can assure you that there is no other villa like it on Lanzarote!

Exterior: Well situated, just a ten-minute walk to the amenities of the Old Town and the harbour. For added privacy, volcanic walls enclose the lovely gardens and spectacular outdoor heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi and children’s pool. The outside area is further enhanced by a BBQ, bar with American billiard table, darts board, table tennis, a hot tub and a covered porch for relaxing in the evenings.
