This villa maintains a superb position in the residential location of Los Pocillos in sight of the beach and within easy reach of the local shops and restaurants.

Interior: This is a single storey villa well equipped ensuring a good holiday can be had by all. The lounge area is comfortably furnished and leads off to a well-equipped kitchen. The villa offers two twin bedded rooms, a full bathroom and a separate shower-room with wash-hand basin and toilet.

Exterior: The villa sits in a well planted garden area with a very private 8 x 4 metre pool at the rear and a further side sun terrace which again is very private. The front patio offers a view directly down the road to the beach which is only some 300 yards from the front door. Sun-loungers and patio furniture are provided. There is also a portable BBQ.

Amenities: The villa is ideally situated for those looking for a relaxing holiday but with the convenience of being ideally located for all facilities. Supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants are all within easy walking distance of the villa. Tennis courts, close at hand, can be booked at the nearby Hotel San Antonio.

Services: A full management support service is provided with this villa it being just a phone call away. There is a full service once a week and towels are changed twice weekly. Beach towels are not provided.

Car Requirements: The central situation of the villa means that the hiring of a car is not essential. To explore the many attractions of this beautiful island we do recommended that certainly for part of your holiday you do take a car to enable you to travel further afield. We can arrange for car hire, either delivered to the villa or picked up at the airport.
