This first floor apartment is situated in a central location within easy walking distance of Puerto Old Town and the beaches. The accommodation is part of a small complex which has its own swimming pool including a separate children's pool. Shops, restaurants and bars are all within easy reach.

Interior: The apartment sleeps four and the accommodation comprises of one double bedroom and one twin bedded room, these bedrooms are supported by a newly refurbished bathroom which has a walk-in shower. The open plan lounge is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar and has patio windows that open out onto a balcony area which is equipped with furniture to allow eating outside. The kitchen has an electric hob and oven, a microwave, fridge, toaster etc.

Exterior: The shared swimming pool (8 x 6 metres) is surrounded by a south facing sunbathing terrace and has a separate children’s pool.

Amenities: The apartment is ideally situated for those looking for a relaxing holiday but with the convenience of being perfectly located for all facilities. Supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance of the apartment.

Services: The apartment is privately owned and maintained by a local, English owned, Spanish Company. Our aim is to ensure that your holiday is an enjoyable one and which is free of problems. A maid service is provided once a week and there is a twice weekly towel change. Beach towels are not provided.

Car Requirements: Whilst the central situation of the apartment means that the hiring of a car is not essential it is recommended to enable you to explore the many attractions of this beautiful island. We can arrange for car hire, either delivered to the villa or picked up at the airport. The apartment is only 15 minutes from the airport.
